For more than 10 years, I practiced high-level sprint racing kayaking and took advantage of my training with the world’s best to forge my knowledge of competition.

I have been learning and experimenting with several ways of working and I was able to understand and analyze what makes athletes progress and how to take them to the highest level.

Building on this past, I decided to direct my knowledge and expertise to Crossfit. The large number of injuries I have seen in this discipline has led me to propose an effective and preventive way to train, incorporating specific reinforcement methods, and placing emphasis on strengthening of the scapular belt and abdominal strap.
