Athlete (1-month)


1-month acording to the Athlete programming to improve your skills and fitness level.



  • Smart training cycles: each week is a specific workload to maintain your fitness and avoid overtraining. It will involve 3 weeks of development (from 6:30 to 9:15 work/week), followed by a week of “deload” with a reduced workload (from 4:30 to 5:15 work/week) that will generally be used to perform certain physical tests.
  • 6 full training days
  • General and specific workout warm-ups
  • Strategy and stimulus notes
  • Strength & conditioning
  • Optional daily accessory work
  • Daily cool down/ maintenance work
  • Video available for every movements
