RUNNING

7- DAYS FREE TRIAL

  • A program for all skill Levels. Each workout will provide detailed notes on the intended stimulus and scaling considerations. You will know how to execute these workouts on your own.
  • 3 running workouts per week. These are workouts that are going to be highly effective in producing the results we want – make you a faster runner.
  • Each session should only take 60 minutes at the most. Similar to CrossFit, you are going to see high intensity efforts. Everything from Short & Hard, to Long & Intense.

Each period of the year is an essential focus of work in developing the physical abilities needed to perform in Crossfit. 

What is it about?

The training plan is built to progress on all of your physical abilities in order to achieve peak fitness in Crossfit competitions.

How does it works?

The programming is adapted to limit the risks of injuries, frequent in the discipline with a predominance on the strengthening.

Who is this program for?

For intermediate and confirmed athlete level (competitor) having access to the equipment in Crossfit box and knows how to work independently.
